For engineers

Using Verzes is free, at every stage. We never charge you to apply, to be prepared, or to be introduced. If anyone asks you for money on our behalf, it is not us — tell us at hello@verzes.com.

We do not guarantee an introduction, an interview or a job. What we commit to is that a person reads your application, that we answer you either way, and that we only put your name forward where we genuinely believe in it.

We ask that what you tell us is true — your experience, your English, and that the work you show us is yours. Discovering otherwise at an introduction costs the next European engineer far more than it costs us, which is the real reason this matters.

Work authorisation

We are not immigration advisers and nothing we say is legal advice. Whether you can work in a given country, on a given route, depends on the company, the role and your own circumstances. We will tell you what we understand a route to require, and we will tell you when we do not know.

For companies

We introduce candidates we have screened ourselves, with a written case for each. Fees are agreed in writing before any introduction. We do not charge the candidate anything, in any arrangement.
